KINDNESS IN THE KITCHEN
Each of our short food service business courses has been designed to work best with the schedule of a busy restaurant owner or budding coffee shop owner. The extensive list of courses covers all areas of food service management, from cutting down on kitchen waste to the basic of setting up a cafe business.
Our short food industry management courses range from 2 days to 15 days, which vary between short intensive bursts to those which are carried out 1 day a week over a number of weeks. The latter course type allows participants to implement each to carry out a week by week improvement plan of your business. This model allows for our industry experts each week to review progress and provide additional support throughout the duration of the course and beyond.
Each course contains a mixture of group workshops, case study reviews, tested process methods and a lot of fun. Lunch and refreshments are provided on all course days.
