Why Short Courses?

Some courses are one day a week for a number of weeks which allows you to carry out a week by week improvement plan of your business under the guidance of our team who passionately care that it works for you. Some courses are in blocks of two or three days and the Cafe / Teashop course is two weeks over a number of weeks to allow you to get your idea from start to almost finish.

Whats Included?

Includes all workshops conducted in a brain friendly and fun environment so that the outcomes stick;
an expert at the end of the phone during the process;
lunch and refreshments during workshops

How does it work?

It would be great if you could bring to us a description of where your business is at the moment and what you see as the greatest challenges. Then we will work it out with you to give a practical plan to take back to your business. We will set weekly ‘homework’ to implement in the business and then do an analysis  with you the following week.
At the end of the programme, we will review and revise to ensure a revitalized business and you.

Need our advice and passion but can't come to us? We will come to you! Just call us on +353 (0) 87 679 0854.

"We at Carlow College are happy to recommend The Restaurant Advisor. Blathnaid Bergin did a fine job in helping us re-train our catering staff, upgrade our equipment and introduce a new range of dishes for our students. Her hands-on approach, her vast experience in the field and her ability to identify new possibilities has given our staff great confidence in facing the new academic year."
