Aileesh Carew— Passionate about Restaurant Marketing

An experienced international hotelier, Aileesh has worked with Crown Hotels, Virgin Hotels and Radisson Blu. Aileesh was recently appointed General Manager of Ballyfin House Hotel in Co. Laois, a magnificent  truly 5 Star Property which opens to the national and international market in April 2011. Check it our on www.ballyfin.com. H

Hotel  Properties she has managed include a 30-bedroom castle hotel in Scotland, a five star resort in Mallorca and a 280 bedroom 5 star hotel in the heart of Brussels and she has been involved in three openings. Aileesh has regularly run workshops on business planning and is on the lecture panel at Carlow IT for marketing management.

Qualifications

  • Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School
  • Diploma in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing
  • Graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management
  • Business Management Coach from Scandinavian Leadership
  • Certificates in Yield & Revenue Management

Aileesh has a very keen interest in food and many of the hotels that she has managed have been rated for their food including a one and a two star Michelin restaurant – La Residencia in Mallorca & The Seagrill in Brussels
