Kevin Prendergast is Corporate Compliance Manager in the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE). He is responsible for their education and outreach programmes, as well as producing information on changes and developments in company law. Kevin joined from Revenue, where he worked for five years assisting in the setting up and operation of their Large Cases Division, as well as on a number of other projects. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland with a Commerce Degree and a Masters in Accounting from University College Dublin. He trained in audit and management consulting and has also worked in the private sector in the financial services industry.
