Mary O'Callaghan has been involved in the wine business in Ireland as sales person, restaurant owner, and educator for over twenty five years. She is currently the Chairperson of the Irish Guild of Sommeliers and she is actively involved in the promotion of wine appreciation and education in Ireland.
